Summary:

We are seeking an empathetic and proactive Mentor to provide 1:1 support for neurodivergent children and young people, as well as potentially to facilitate a weekly social group with up to three neurodivergent children and young people at our TDC office. Administration support responsibilities are also part of the role.

Location: Work from home in Brighton & Hove area (with travel for in-person sessions as required)

Terms: Six-month temporary contract with the view to becoming permanent as the business grows

Hourly Rate: £28/hr, rising to £30/hr if the job becomes permanent

Working Hours: seven hours per week, with flexibility to increase if needed, and additional paid overtime for the first few weeks for training

Important: Appointment to this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check and the receipt of satisfactory employer references.

You must have your own transport to attend client locations in Brighton and Hove and surrounding areas. Travel mileage will be reimbursed at standard HMRC rates (45p per mile).
