TDC Full Education Assessment Report
This package includes a comprehensive and detailed report designed to help you, and any professionals you choose to share it with, gain a clear understanding of your child/young person’s social, emotional, sensory, and learning needs, as well as the type of provision that will support them to thrive. It offers clear, evidence based information that can inform educational settings, guide discussions with the local authority (for example, when applying for or updating an EHCP), and enhance your own understanding of what may be helpful.
We develop a thorough understanding of your child/young person by observing them either at home or in school, engaging in one-to one conversation, reviewing relevant professional reports, liaising with their education setting (where applicable), and speaking directly with you.

Alongside the Full Education Assessment Report, we can provide a Tribunal‑Ready Summary Report. This is a condensed, legally compliant version of the full assessment report, designed to meet the current SEND Tribunal requirements for expert evidence. This is offered as an add‑on service. The full education assessment remains the primary, comprehensive document and the Tribunal‑Ready Summary is produced in addition to the full report, therefore without reducing the depth or detail of the full assessment.

TDC Short Progress Update Report (within 6 months of TDC Full Education Assessment Report)
If we’ve previously completed a TDC Full Education Assessment Report for your child/young person within the last 6 months and you require updated evidence, we offer a TDC Short Progress Update Report. This service includes a follow up observation followed by a report detailing any additionally identified needs and provision required.

TDC Review Education Assessment Report (6-18 months after TDC Full Education Assessment Report)
If we’ve previously completed a TDC Full Education Assessment Report for your child/young person within 12-18 months and you require an updated report, we can provide a Review Education Assessment Report. This service includes time for us to read up to 3 reports from other professionals (that have been published since the previous TDC report), observation of the child/young person, 30 minute online feedback meeting with you (the parent/carer) followed by a report detailing any additionally identified needs and provision required.

Likelihood of Neurodivergence Assessment Report
We can complete a professional observation by meeting your child/young person at home or their place of learning and provide feedback on the likelihood that they are autistic and/or ADHD.
Although we cannot offer an official diagnosis, we have extensive knowledge and experience of working with neurodivergent children and young people and can provide our professional opinion. You can use the written report as evidence if you seek a formal assessment.

Detailed Mentoring Report
If your child/young person is receiving mentoring sessions with us, this report offers a comprehensive overview of the topics addressed during those sessions, along with insights into the child or young person's responses. It also includes the mentor’s professional opinion of any emerging needs identified through these sessions, and outlines the recommended support required to meet those needs.
